About Charlotte Peacock

Educated at Christ’s Hospital and the University of East Anglia, I have an MA in Creative Non-Fiction.

A member of The Society of Authors, I’m a full-time copywriter, part-time photographer and a poet whose work has been shortlisted for The Bridport Prize.

I live on the Suffolk coast.

My first biography, Into the Mountain: A Life of Nan Shepherd, was published in 2017 and is now in its second reprint.

I’m also an English and writing coach. If you need help with your business writing, dissertation, or publishing project, you can book me for online sessions or face-to-face.

Just now, I’m busy creating courses for larger groups, covering business writing, writing for the web and writing lives. They’re due to start in 2022 and will feature guest authors and communications professionals, too.
